CREW HISTORY: 
Joined RIM in 2006 as Lead D&R Crewman.

 

PROFILE
As a seasoned veteran at RIM, Tony is the designated Lead D&R crewman. He is a firm believer in educating his crew by example, and he demonstrates his work ethic in the form of action alongside words.

Tony is a detailed individual who oversees the entire reclamation process; his role includes the quality control of the entire process. This involves accurately dismantling, collecting, and sorting all recyclable materials and arranging them for shipping.

Tony is also responsible for enforcing the RIM environmental and safety protocols. This process addresses environmental hazards and safeguards his crew from unsafe practices.

Dismantle & Reclamation is considered one of the most demanding jobs in this industry. The role involves several labor-intensive duties, including scouting the jobsite for hazardous materials, coordinating lifts with heavy machine operators, working in confined spaces, and hauling materials and equipment to each job site. Each RIM certified D&R crewman is trained and certified to work in compliance with safety procedures and possesses the official licenses to operate various equipment. D&R crewmen also take an active role in reclamation and sorting of various metals and recyclable materials.
